Who We Are

The FBI Agents Association® (FBIAA) was founded in 1981. Our mission is to advance & safeguard the careers, economic interests, conditions of employment and welfare of Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Agents & retired FBI Agents. We fulfill this mission by providing support and advocacy to more than 14,000 active and retired FBI Special Agents.

Our Mission

FBIAA is the only organization specifically dedicated to the service of active FBI Special Agents. The FBI Agents Association (FBIAA) is a non-profit organization founded in 1981. Our mission is to advance & safeguard the careers, economic interests, conditions of employment and welfare of Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Agents & retired FBI Agents. We fulfill this mission by providing support and advocacy to more than 14,000 active and former FBI Special Agents. The services to members of our organization include internal advocacy within the Bureau, legal representation, legislative advocacy and financial support to members, offered through both the Memorial College Fund and the Member Assistance Fund.

Our Leadership

The FBIAA National Executive Board (NEB) consists of seven volunteers who are also full time Agents. NEB members are elected to a two-year term by the Association’s Chapter Representatives at the biennial national convention. Each Field Office and FBI headquarters is represented by a Chapter Representative voted in by its chapter’s members.

G-Man Honors: A Salute to Heroes

The G-Man Honors is the FBIAA’s annual fundraising event honoring the service and sacrifice of the men and women of the FBI.
