How do I contact my field office representative?

FBIAA representatives are listed on the member side of the FBIAA website.

Who can join the FBIAA?

Membership is available for active SA’s and retired SA’s.

How can I join the FBIAA?

Complete an FD-1178 form and email it to fbiaa@fbiaa.org.

What is the cost of dues?

Active SA’s $6.50 per pay period via payroll deduction via form FD-1178, retired SA’s $26.00 per year or a 1-time Lifetime payment of $250.00.

How do I change my beneficiary for my AD&D coverage?

You will find the AD&D Form in the documents section of the website, please complete and email to fbiaa@fbiaa.org.

What are the benefits of being a member?

Legal assistance for OPR’s and Internal Affairs matters, and Agent involved shootings. Internal Advocacy, External Advocacy, assistance from the FBIAA Membership Assistance Fund, assistance from the SA Jeffrey Drubner Legacy Fund, Accidental and Dismemberment Policy, and access to additional resources.

What does legal representation cover?

Member Legal Representation for agent involved shootings, investigations by DOJ-OIG or FBI Internal Affairs, to include OPR adjudication and administrative appeals.

Are my donations to the FBIAA Membership Assistance Fund and the FBIAA Memorial College Fund tax deductible?

Yes, both the FBIAA MAF and the FBIAA MCF are 501c3s.
