FBI Agents Association - Organization The FBI Agents Association has chapters in each of the FBI's 56 Field Offices and at FBI Headquarters and the FBI Academy at Quantico, Virginia. Chapter representatives are elected periodically by Association members in each Field Division. A National Executive Board is elected by a vote of the chapter representatives at a bi-annual convention.
